We are constantly developing and improving our marketplace for greater convenience for sellers and vendors. Our task is to make our marketplace for medical products one of the most convenient and popular.

Below is information about the blocks and functions that vendors and buyers will have to work with.

Commission

Banking ledger book

With this feature, vendors now can quickly check their store transactions, commission, withdrawal, refund, partial-refund and charges.

Withdraw pending commissions

Vendor can Request Withdrawal button if the commission value is above the Disbursement Threshold amount (if any) and the day you are requesting your commission has exceeded the Withdrawal Locking Period (if any) set by the admin.

Receives a commission as per pre-configured payment schedule

Vendor can get payment automatically from admin, in their own PayPal / Stripe account in hourly / monthly, etc basis.

Select preferred payment method

The vendor can select any preferred payment option from all the allowed payment option set by the admin. This ensures vendor will get paid via this payment mode.

See all transaction history

The vendor can see all the previous commission transactions. They can also download a CSV file of the transactions, as well as sort by date range and view their payments.

Displays a brief introduction/ information about the vendor’s shop as has been set by the vendor in the “Store Description” section of the vendor’s dashboard and is displayed on the vendor’s shop page and single product page.

Top-rated vendor product

Displays the top-rated products of the vendor on a single page.

Vendor product category

Displays the product categories added by the vendor on the vendor’s shop page.

Recent product per vendor

This section displays the last 12 products added by the vendor on a single page.

Email

New Order Email

The vendor is notified via email when a customer purchases any of his products so that he can keep a track of the products sold.

Receives shipping details notification by the vendor

The customer receives an email notification as their order is shipped by the vendor so that they are aware of the fact and can track the progress of their order via the shipment tracking details.

General

Purchase using the supported payment method

Allow any payment option on site, to receive payment from customers at your convenience.

View Vendor details

Customers can see reviews of the vendor under each product page, so they can verify the vendors.

This widget shows which order needs to be shipped and they can also mark the order as shipped via this useful widget! The vendor can also mark the order shipped from the rocket icon under Action by just clicking on it and entering in the Tracking URL and ID.

Visitor Traffic

This widget displays the countries from which the vendor’s store/ products have been visited.

Vendor’s last days store report widget

Shows store traffic, the number of received orders, total sales, a commission earned, and the total commission was withdrawn.

Automatic Invoice Generation – Customers receive an auto-generated invoice mail attachment, confirming details of their transactions, almost as soon as the order is placed

Download Invoices in the form of PDFs and packaging slip –  PDF Invoice gives vendors the added option of downloading their invoices in the form of a PDF or packaging slip.

Customizable Invoices – Vendors can choose and select any of the following options mentioned to be displayed on the invoice note. Once the options are selected, customers will receive invoices displaying information about the topics from the options given below
