Description
With a clinic rental program, the HD-cure Max Handheld Pain Relief Laser Therapy Device can give your patients a convenient treatment option while generating passive income for your practice. During times when an office visit is not an option, you can prescribe an at-home, easy-to-follow laser therapy treatment plan.
- CHARGE THE EMITTER
Charge the unit prior to use (plug the charge cord into the main unit (located at the bottom of the main unit); a green light will be displayed on the controller when it is fully charged.
- ATTACH THE LENS COVER
Install the protective lens cover on the inlet for the laser by removing the foam bag. Rotate the lens clockwise to attach the lens cover.
- POWER ON THE DEVICE
When the #1 on the device displays a green light, hold down the Start/Stop button for 2—3 seconds to power the device on.
- STRAIGHTEN THE DEVICE
All three (3) lights must be green for the device to be calibrated. Press the start/stop button on the device’s lens side and place it in your palm to calibrate. The device will automatically calibrate and the display lights will countdown from 1 to 3 as the calibration is completed. It will take 6 seconds to calibrate the device.
- WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES
Now that the device is ready, you can treat the injured or painful area. The safety goggles are mandatory for you to put on, as well as any person who will assist with the treatment. A second pair of safety goggles is provided with this device.
- CHOOSE A TREATMENT MODE
There are three (3) treatment modes to choose from with this device. Changing the treatment mode by pressing the “mode” button will toggle between treatment modes 1, 2, and 3. See the following table for information on which mode is most suitable for your injury/pain.
- TREAT THE INJURE
Place the device on the injury/pain site and press the “start/stop” button after selecting the mode. A laser treatment will start once the device is turned on. Don’t move the device. Keep the laser in the same location for the entire 5 minute treatment. Upon completion, the device automatically turns off. The patient can perform one or two treatments per day. Keep treatments to a maximum of two per day.
